Pretty disappointing film. I'm a big fan of survival horror, but this flick brought nothing new to the table, except for the fact that it was set on an island, but even then you still get your standard redneck villains and a broken down creepy house. Should have a review soon.

good, glad I didn't check this out, I almost watched it but thought it was gonna be bad.

I'll rent it, looks like it has a typical ending though.

Everything is pretty typical about the flick -- couple gets lost/stranded; seek refuge at a strange house; local rednecks act dubiously nice, but turn bad; humiliate and scare the couple; couple strikes back. The end.

Yeah that's what I thought. I want to see something different, I'm sick of these washed up story lines.
