What is the best version of Evil Dead and Evil Dead 2?

I have The Evil Dead DTS (Hard-matted) and Evil Dead II SE but since then there have been many versions of both movies released. Recently a 3 disc set to Evil Dead was released. I just want to know whats the best version to own and are they gonna release anymore.
