Thoughts?

Opponents of evolution have been trying to introduce what the committee called "nonscientific" views into public school science classes by teaching creationism or intelligent design, the belief that there must be a grand planner for life because random evolution alone cannot explain all the complexities of life.

I agree with this statement, there must be a "grand planner" or something that started this crazy world. But then when I look at it from that point of view, a question comes to my mind " What created the grand planner? "

All I believe in is there must be a higher power that started all of this. Something had to start us. We just didn't appear here and evolution began. Something put us here.

What do you people believe? If you believe in evolution as the sole purpose of us being here, then what gave us the materials to start this so called evolution?

I was atheist for a really long time, I felt there was no God and I researched all these different things. I was pretty firm on my beliefs and could discuss my choice with anyone.

A few major events happened in my life 2-3 years ago which changed my outlook on life, religion, death etc. and I do feel there is something or someone. I do not disrespect anyone's beliefs, I wouldn't ridicule anyone for being what they are or what they believe in. If you believe you believe, if you don't, you don't.
