Dvd transfer question.

Is there anything I can download that will let me transfer a movie off a DVD onto my computer then let me edit it how I want so then I can burn it onto another Dvd?

Would appreciate any help.

Rip it to HD with Handbrake (or similar ripper)

Re edit with Final Cut Pro (or whatever editing program you have)

Return it to DVD with a authoring program of your choice.
