Slipknot and Disturbed will hit the road this summer on the first ever Rockstar Mayhem tour, sponsored by Rockstar Energy drink. The shows are set to run in July and August, with additional artists and dates to be announced.
Rockstar Mayhem is being assembled by Vans Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman and John Reese, Lyman's partner on the Taste of Chaos tour. Slipknot will be out in support of its new Roadunner album, expected in August. Disturbed's new album, Indestructible, is due in May.

I've heard rumor that Mudvayne is also involved with this show...Disturbed and Slipknot are enough reason, but if that Rumor is true and if they can land some good Artists, I'll save up and be at this show.

Didn't know they could cram so much gay into one tour.

While none of these band's are confirmed, there rumored to be part of the tour:
Sevendust
Machine Head
Mastodon
Dragonforce
Five Finger Death Punch
Suicide Silence
Walls of Jericho
Since it's been said that the tour will have 2 stages, I wouldn't be surprised if all bands where part of the tour. More updates as they come.

I'd definitely go with all these bands playing. Not a fan of Sevendust or Walls of Jericho though, and Dragonforce's only good album was Sonic Firestorm, the other two albums are just the same song over and over again.

Machine Head
Mastodon
Walls of Jericho
From that list are all awesome, the rest are gay.

I'm not going to this, but the Taste of Chaos Tour that was mentioned at top is something I'm going to because they have thre J-rock bands playing, more notably Mucc and D'espairs Ray.
If Mudvayne is really apart of he show, like saidat top from rumor, I've got to say that I love their music, but when I saw them live, they weren't that good. Slipknot is pretty good live, though.

Every Dragonforce album is the same song over and over again, Sonic Firestorm included.
That said, their debut was their best.

I was wrong, they found a way to cram even more gay into this tour.
Dragonforce is lame live.. the only band worth seeing is Machine Head.

Correct. Due out in Augest, hence the date of the tour. I remember I think Joe Jordison said it was gonna be darker then what they've done before, so it'll be interesting to hear. Persionally, I'm wondering what Corey will look like with his mask since he's now cut his hair off:

Update: The band's officially announced for what is now a 3 Stage Tour
This summer will be the stage for a huge festival tour as the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival will commence, featuring Disturbed and Slipknot as the featured bands.
The festival tour, which will begin on July 9th in Seattle, will continue throughout July and into late August (the tour dates tba). There will be three stages; one main stage and two second stages.
The first stage will feature Disturbed, Slipknot, Dragonforce, and Mastodon. The first of the two second stages is sponsored by Jagermeister and will feature Sevendust, Airbourne, 36 Crazy Fists, Five Finger Death Punch, and another band to be determined.
Finally, the last stage will have Machinehead, Black Tide, Suicide Silence, The Red Chord, and Walls of Jericho.
Corey Taylor, Slipknot's lead singer, said this about the upcoming tour: "This summer we are truly bringing Mayhem. Slipknot is excited to be a part of it, and to be able to bring the new chapter of our history to the masses. We are already working, building and designing a new show. We cannot wait. We cannot lose. Get ready for Mayhem!"
"We're really looking forward to being on the first Mayhem tour," adds Disturbed vocalist David Draiman. "It's a great lineup, which should set a new standard for rock tours and we're excited to be a part of it!"
