Got a link yet?I'm working on a weekly fantasy podcast. At this point it means preparing files a couple months in advance (so I don't record three then fall off), making new art work, trying to create the intro music/opening bits.

The big focus is on the content -- the rest is just packaging.

I'm thinking that this weekend I should record some of my character backgrounds -- stuff I never meant to put in the podcast -- just as a teaser. I'm thinking of this more like an audio webcomic.

Mostly I just want to keep writing. I got to do it professionally for a while and I want to do it again. This is good "in-between" work that I can show off if the chance ever arises. If not, it's a way to make my own chances. :nod:

Er, anyway, I have a domain and a vaguely working web page. It's mostly just a "coming soon" page at this point.

So I go out front and I see 2 guys walkin' up and I was lookin' at one of them cuz I thought I knew the person, and he just stares at me sayin' "What" in like a big guy voice, so I said "What" Back. Then he gets up in my face talkin' all this shit, And the guy was already pretty drunk, so when he got in my face I just threw one punch and down he went. His friend didn't do anythin' cuz he knew his friend was bein' a jackass. After that I just walked away cuz I didn't want anythin' bigger to happen. So it was a pretty retarded night. Thats the 2nd time I 1 punched somebody and they went down. The other one I just punched in the jaw and he went down but started to get back up and I just kneed him in the face... And after I saw the cops... I was like stop stop I don't wanna get arrested. So he stop and then I felt bad cuz he was older so I bought him a drink. But anyways ppl r always retarded when they drink... They just need to learn to keep their mouth close if u don't know the person... Plus me drinkin' Jack Daniel's doesn't help.

And my friend's younger brother was drivin' and I have never thought I was gonna died while ridin' in a car! IT WAS CRAZY. anyways, we go to this kids house... I noticed where we were goin' and I realize this kid has a lot of money! Cuz I've been in this area before and the houses r mad nice... Well we finally get to this kids house and the house is BALLIN! I found out later the kids dad has invented a couple of things. The house was worth 'bout 4 million. Had a SICK SICK TV in the livin' room 72 inch flat screen. There were flat screens everywhere. His dad is worth $100,000,000. I can't remember what he invented it was like some kinda bag or somethin'... he makes them for $10 and sells them for $90. And he has like 2,000 trucks that ship them out. Some Mad profit, and he also invented somethin' for lobster Traps (thats big around here lobsterin' is major here). I was so jealous... even this kids room was pimpin' HUGE TV.

Anyways, all of a sudden I Punched one of the guys, and then he stood there and I punched him again, then all of a sudden we started fightin' in the middle of the street. finally it got broken up and he keeps comin' at me and ppl r hold in' him back... I just keep talkin' shit and I'm just laughin' cuz he has to be hold back...Then I use the oldest trick, I talk 'bout his mother. He gets all pissed so his friend keeps comin' at me, so it was 2Vs1, then all of a sudden my friend comes out of no where and elbows one of them in the face and he gets dropped. I would have to say sometime in the fall. It is usually really nice out and all the kids are in school so you don't get the crowds. They also transform the entire park for Halloween and add some cool haunted houses that you can check out at night.

Fedaral Law of my job, is if I work 6 days in a row, I get two off.... Oh look at that, I managed to get my 6th day to coincide with friday... now I get the entire weekend off.... plus Monday is my normal rest day... so I get a little 3 day weekend. Today where headed down to the shore.. My fiancee's Aunt and Uncle have a house next door to Joe Pesci's mother... right on the Lagoon, so some crabbing, fishing, swimming and of course drinking....

Had some friends over saturday and smoked a 7lbs Brisket in da smoker...was amazing!!! smoked it for about 6 hours(lil bit more rare for me!)was well worth the wait!! Started cooking sober...finished cooking drunk and was so damn full...

I actually have a friend who i get it from but you can get it from home depot or lowes if you really need to.

Interesting enough you can use almost anything..This one guy who owned his own pit house did two smoked briskets...one with hickory and the other with actual corn cobs and no one could tell the difference...though you will have other's tell you it definately matters what you use as wood. I have used the Lowes stuff before...but it is way over priced and not the same if you can find it some were else(friends) or a local BBQ shop with wood piles.

I got a buddy who might let me take some apple wood and some maple he's looking to unload, but it's not that much I might have to resort to Lowes

You could always ask him where he is getting his from,cutting it down...lowes really isn't bad...it can get pricey though....but it should last....def have some soaking in water though...a few chunks of the wood at least.

Great weekend...Friday night = out with old friends in Manhattan (bar hopping)
Saturday Night = went to see friends band play at a club in my area (classic rock cover band) Sunday = BBQ'd all day at home for football Sunday with family and friends. Perfect weekend. The weather has been amazingly warm for NYC and everyone is taking advantage of it.

Saturday = Realized I left my purse at the bar and got it back without a thing missing.
Sunday = We put on a surprise brunch for my grandmother for her birthday.
Despite an infant projectile vomiting twice it was a really good weekend.

Most of it was spent munging around. But yesterday I went to an organic natural foods store to pick up some healthy snack for me to munch on so I don't eat my househould of every fruit and veggie :D

Picked up some interesting items, such as lentil chip (really good) and Black Been poppers (i.e. like rick cakes; gluten-free and wheat free with lots of fiber); loved those. Plus lots of apple chips, pear chips, and dried fruits and veggies. It cost me a we bit but it's worth it! I plan going back more often! Really nice store and helpful people!
