I am just a casual football fan, but the second the Giants won against the Packers the Patriots won the Super Bowl.

Another year of 2 teams that mean nothing to me and another year of waiting for the commercial breaks...

Who is with me?

I was gonna be less interested if the GB won, but now i'll atleast look foward to it. Eli deserved the trip to Arizona and if it's anything like the week 17 game it will be great although I still don't think anyone can beat NE.

I'll watch because I'm a football fan and not one to bail out just because my favorite team blew it.

Could be a fun watch.

Superbowl and football in general is about as interesting as watching two canadian midgets fight over a hotdog dressed up as oompa-loompas cursing eachother in chinese, sure you'll take a glance, but its not really worth your time.

Least to me, I've never been a sports fan of any kind, nothing is more boring that sitting around and watching grown men playing with balls in front of refferees and cameras.

..cept nascar. 'I hope the car turns left again! Hyuk!'

I'll probably have it on while Im doing something else. I was looking forward to GB going, but now it's less interesting. It would nice if NY wins the Super Bowl, though.

not that it matters cause it's the super bowl, but your a jet fan mike, and can't imagine a cross town rival and a division rival makes for the best superbowl match up for ya.

i'd go to the game, if ticks weren't 5 grand per two.

should of tried to get these when they first were availible.

The Super Bowl is 2 hours from where I live. I was going to go if the Pack made it just to tailgate and hang out with other Pack fans. Of course now I'll just be sitting at home watching it. :(

I'll watch it because it's got someone who is unstoppable..that's the only sub-plot of the SB that is important, IS Eli Manning STOPPABLE?, is he in fact a mortal man?

Either way, if the Pats win you will see a piece of history that has never happened before. On the other hand if the Giants win then we get to witness one of the greatest moments in sports history.

I know nothing about football. If I'm in a room where a game is on, and if someone asks me who I'm rooting for, I usually choose which ever team has the better mascot or colors.

But I do enjoy SuperBowl because it means everyone gets together, makes tons of food and bring alcohol, and in my family that equals nothing but fun.

I actually hope the Giants win. Patriots cheat and don't deserve to be considered the best ever. Perhaps if they could actually dominate a team in the SB like every other Dynasty besides them has...

I'm really lookin forward to watching this game,I dont remeber the last time I've been so pumped for a Super Bowl.
Gonna have some good grub too,I'll be boilin the Brats in some beer for a while before I fire up the grill.
And we have the annual Super Bowl day football game to get things started.

Isnt the BCS buddy.

College Football has the most flawed system and the sad thing is with all the money intwined. No way in hell its going to change completely.

Salary Cap vs. Non Salary Cap as well.

Big difference in periods.

As a Pats fan. I wouldnt even say their the best team of the ones that won the Bowl.

The 03 team had arguably the best defense of the group but you wouldnt know it from the Superbowl against Carolina. Of course, the other point is they havent won the bowl yet.

If they win, for everyone whose an objective football fan or a Pats fan in general will atleast give them a nod of one of the top teams of all time. To everyone else they will retort the same shit they've said all season, that wont change.

If the Giants win, they'll also make history because they'll be the first to beat them this season. Either way history will be made.

I think they are,or maybe it's that Belichick is one of the brightest coach's of all time.
You guys stay under the cap, lose quality players to free agency Law,Martin etc., have a linebacker core older than me and are still one of the top teams year after year.
What they are doing isnt suppose to happen in the free agency era.

Thats why I'm excited about this game.

Well said.

Vikings should be in good shape next year. You never know whose who in the NFC from year to year. Vikings could make a run at the North crown.

Spent the day watching Batman with my kid. A lot of the newer cartoon, but I introduced him to the 1966 movie, too. Probably have to add this to an Amazon purchase now.

Got a lot of work done, too. I'm happy with this amount of success. Oh yeah: I'm watching Batman, dressed like a total scrub, and getting paid. Oh hell yeah. Leave the TV to learn something and life gets good.

I have caved in. I just REALLY want to see the Pats lose.
