I'll see this one. I thought the original version was ok at best. I'd love to see the gore scenes from the original because I heard they were fuckin brutal. But unfortunately they got destroyed or something.

Or, maybe it's gonna be one of the few GOOD remakes and make those that haven't seen the original go out and rent it.

If it goes the dance route like the original, then no, this'll have a young cast and a PG-13 rating.

original is a decent slasher flick. I wouldn't complain about a remake. But hopefully its a gory good time and not some pg-13 MTV crap. Slasher movies have always been about a bunch of teenagers and a lot of the time the acting isn't that great. But theres just something about those mtv'd slasher flicks that just bugs me.

I kinda dug the original...typical story, with an ok killer. On the higher end of 80's slasher flicks. I have it on a double feature disc with April Fool's Day (:thumbsdown:), so "Valentine" is the only redeeming feature of that DVD. Anything is good up against that vag fart of a flick.
