This film looks like it could be really good. I've been waiting on a really good slasher....hopefully this is it.

I've read some amazing reviews about this film from sites that are not horror based. The cinematography looks out of this world, characters look interesting and the soundtrack a bit more engaging than the average slasher.

If you are interested I found a myspace page for the film, http://www.myspace.com/welovemandylane it has some more clips but seems a bit freaky.

According to my newspaper it's out on the 15th Feb.
Odd to see that it gets a similar release date to the UK.
I thought US movies came out months in advance of us.

Just watched the flick. Not too bad, but the ending is way too complicated for its own good.
The entire film is pretty simplistic until the end, which doesn't quite make a whole lot of sense and leaves the viewer pondering the true motives of why Mandy did what she did without getting any real explanation out of it.
Should have a review posted shortly.

I really enjoyed this flick overall. Definitely one of the better slashers I've seen. Good review Fright, I agree there's some good character development and cinematography which is always a plus in this sub-genre. And the ending, well...

I liked the ending but there wasn't any real reason/motive as to why...pretty much leaving the viewer to draw their own conclusion.

I've been hesitant to watch this flick. I've also been hearing some mixed reviews. I think I might give it a watch, since there's a stream available for it.
