I usually flip through Rolling Stone and SPIN, but I like to read METAL EDGE and HAMMER magazines.
Which ones do you flip through?

I used to flip through Hit Parader, and I will every once in a while (especially considering they use the basic same articles in the next 5 magazines -_-), but I sometimes also flip through Metal Edge also. In addition to this, I like flipping through Shoxx and The Cure (both J-rock mags).

Can't stand Rolling Stone, too much liberal bullshit for a music magazine.

filter isn't bad. Don't really read music publications though.

i.e: Hit Parader. That's one of the biggest flaws in their magazine :bored:

Hit Parader was good years ago.

I read Kerrang! everynow and again, but it's turned into a pop magazine which is a bit shit. I also read Metal Hammer when there's actually good stuff in it, which seems to be a bit far and few in between these days.

I used to read Metal Hammer also, but after a while I realised they always have the same gay bands in it.

I rather enjoy the news side of Country - Country Weekly. But I doubt it'd interest anyone on this board. I try not to wear my cowboy hat when I log in.

Don't even think you can find a country music magazine here in NY :D

I used to read Modern Drummer religiously.
Then I got sick of seeing the same five interviews. Vinnie Paul! Neil Pert! That guy from Dream Theater! Neil Pert! Terry Bozzio! Neal Pert!
I love sheet music for drums, too. "Damn, I can't tell if that's the kick drum or a cymbal." Genius.

I used to be into AMP Magazine. They were an indie magazine that covered mostly hXc, hXc punk, punk, emo, eXc, mXc, some gXc. Another bonus to the magazine was they include a sampler CD in each bi-monthly issue and at one time it was only $1.99 each issue. Now I think it's up to $3.99 each. Of course, after a while, I lost interest and stopped buying them. Perhaps one day I will pick it up again. I also like magazines like Circus, Metal Hammer, and some other metal magazines.

I hate when some music magazines come with CD's attached and the price goes up $7.50.

Randy Rhoads fans pick up the new issue of Guitar Legends.
It's entirely on him.

Especially when the CD turns out not to be as good as you would have hoped when you purchased the magazine. Of course, I won't just by the magazine for the included CD. The articles have to be good as well.
