I got this from Bloody and Disgusting, it seems Postal is going to be facing off with Indy 4 when it comes out. I Kid you not. Here's what I read.

Uwe Boll, what an interesting personality, known for his promotional stunts he has yet to deliver a film that actually "performs" in the theaters - he's quickly becoming the anti-William Castle. Today he sent an e-mail out exclaiming that he will now release his horror-comedy Postal in theaters May 23, the same day as INDIANA JONES' return. "On the Indiana Jones weekend - May 23 - we will go out and destroy Indiana Jones in the Box Office! We all know that Harrison Ford is older as my grandpa and his time is up - would Michael Moore say!" Good luck with that. Read on to see what else he had to say.

Boll wasn't finished, "Spielberg gets sloppy. We saw that with War of the Worlds (why the fuck the older brother survived?) and also in parts of Jaws, E.T., Munich etc.! My performance in Postal as 'Nazi Theme Park Owner' outperforms easily Ben Kingsley in Schindler's List!"

Does he seriously think people will take him seriously?

In POSTAL: Living on Social Security and unemployed, DUDE desperately seeks employment, but instead finds a life of violent action and adventure when he teams up with his UNCLE DAVE, a financially strapped cult leader, in an effort to rip off an amusement park, only to find that the Taliban are trying the same heist simultaneously.


If Uwe really thinks he can take on Steven and Indy 4.... :nutso:

So this is literally a cockroach tyring to take on Speilberg. yeah Speilberg may not have had the best films in the past 7 years, but he's ultimately responsible for the creation of the summer blockbuster, and alot of wonderful films.

Boll is nothing more than a crusty vagina with dentures and a loudspeaker.

I look forward to him getting crushed once more.

Thats pretty funny actually. I'm sure hes not serious in this quote. In my opinion he seems to be sarcastically acknowledging what a joke his films are. If this is true, then I have a little more respect for him now than I did before...

(BTW i had absolutely no respect for him before)

Read this earlier. Typical marketing ploy from this guy. Nothing more.
He's spewing shit he obviously doesn't mean (right, pass up the possibility, maybe, somehow in a twisted alternate universe of working with Spielberg. Not even this schmuck would do that.), and it's worked. We're talking about it.

Perhaps he's doing what I did when I was a young pup... I'd always fight people that were bigger than me. It was a win/win for me... if I lost, I could say "Look at how big that fucker was!!!"... if I won, I could say "Look at how big that fucker was!!!"

Maybe that's Boll's plan... He will have a shitty turn-out (as always) but he can use Steve as an excuse for it... He can say, "What did you all expect, I was going up against Indy 4?!!! ANY MOVIE going up against Indy 4 is going to turn up shit at the box office!!! Duh!! ... but my movie is excellent..."
