This is actually not a bad movie. I went in with low expectations (usually a good thing) and came out pleased. The flick takes a somewhat more realistic approach at the events that unfold and doesn't give you a cookie-cutter-type film. Should have a review soon.

I was reading about this movie awhile ago when you first posted it and I thought it sounded pretty good. Now with your somewhat positive review. I probably will rent this whenever it gets a dvd release. Thanks man

The trailer for this looked pretty cool. Kind of reminded me of Hostel a bit, which I liked. Will be checking it out soon enough.

Thought it was a solid flick. It could have easily ventured into the same ol' torture porn route but instead was more realistic and gritty. There were some pretty crazy scenes...On the dvd there's a short documentary about the real incident which was interesting. It's crazy how these people really believed that stuff.

Bringing back an old thread to agree i didnt think it would be up to much but i thought it was a pretty scary film, this even more so when you look at the fact that this did happen. It was pretty tough to watch at parts but i have to say i would really recommend it.
