I would love to see Night of the Living Dead/DOTD brought to TV. Week after week telling the story of people and their struggles with the zombie plague...worldwide.

Non-Horror:
The Warriors or Escape From New York
Endless possibilities for story lines.

how about the unreleased Puppet Wars. It will be a non stop action weekly show. Toulons soul comes back and finishes his anubis puppet to join the puppets, then fights the forces of the demonic toys and other fiendish dolls and shit. Then Brick Bardo makes a guest apppearnce as the nuetral badass cop from the future but then joins toulons puppets to fight the bad guys. Then next season Jack Deth comes along to fight Castle Freak with the puppets, Brick, and Dr Mordrid on his side

Horror: 30 Days of Night could be cool. Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Underworld.

Non-Horror: Warriors would be sweet. Practical Magic (shut up, something needs to replace my empty Buffy void.) Live action X-men/Fantastic 4.

And I don't know about this one, but maybe Hard Candy. Like show more of Hailey and Jeff and the other men she's done this too, ect. Other people in her life. I think that could be interesting.

Battle Royale (would make an awesome anime, a live-action would have to be done right and i don't know anyone who could pull it off, so im going with anime on it)

Once Upon a time in China series (I think it would make for a very good tv series)

Clerks (a proper TV series, not the cartoon or the shitty disney live action that got canned before it released, i mean a proper 30 minute comedy on HBO/SHO)

Narc (A movie based from this movie would be like the shield on crack, it would be amazing)

Hitman (if not on a premium HBO/SHO it would have to be F/X, but it would make for a great hour of programming)

I would like to see maybe a School for Scoundrels where every season we see a new group of under-confident students turned into confident successes. Mix in some love angles and betrayals you know the usual stuff.
