I don't know how old this is or if it was posted anywhere else here but I just say it and thought, "Damn, this would suck balls."
It's time elapsed, but you can see how much time he spends just laying down, opening the doors to see the elevator shaft wall, and when he has to piss in the corner. I would be getting some major money for this.

Sucks. Reminds me of that movie Hellevator, only it was just him and not a bunch of psychotic weirdos.

Nope. Not only did he receive (according to what I read) "less than a 6 figure settlement" (legally he wasn't allowed to disclose the amount) but he was fired shortly for not showing up to work.

Yeah, I looked up some articles on it. One said it was the way the guys' lawyer went about it but who knows.

True. No doubt the lawyer he picked had alot to do with it, not many of us regular folk have the money to hire a lawyer that can take on a corporation and their little army of lawyers.
