The Rookie

This is one of those overlooked Clint Eastwood movies for me. I've seen most of the man's films and I somehow never heard of this one he made in 1990 that also starred Charlie Sheen and the late Raul Julia. Flick ended up being pretty good. Decent comedy, some nice action, and Clint bein' his usual badass self. Charlie isn't too bad himself, especially when he tears up that biker bar. I enjoyed the flick.

On another note, I was curious about a couple other Clint movies that I never got around to watching. Does anyone know if these flicks are worth checkin' out?

True Crime (this one looks pretty interesting)
Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (wasn't interested in this one when it came out)
White Hunter Black Heart (never heard of this one)

I liked this flick. You really can't go wrong with anything Eastwood does IMO.

This has been one of my favorite Clint Eastwood flicks for the past five years. It's one of his overlooked flicks but it a lot of fun and has some pretty good action and plenty of badassery.

Seen it some years back and a few time's after that i remember it being a pretty good movie. I liked the mix of comedy and action and some of those one liner's were pretty funny from what i remember.

From what i remmeber about 'the Rookie' is that it was too cliche for my liking really. It was a pretty bland action film that Eastwood really ended up holding up. I didnt like that the Villain, Played by Julia, was really a nothing character.

I'll have to watch it again sometime though.
