Surprisingly decent 80's backwoods survival slasher. Could have used some gore and more on-screen deaths, but otherwise above average flick. Apparently an extended more crisp version exists, but has only been seen on TV over the years. Maybe one day we'll see a DVD re-release with the added footage, as I hear the current DVD releases is very dark. Should have a review soon.

Plus you can always watch more than one movie about a backwoods killer.

Yeah same here, most of them are crap, but every now and then you might come aross a gem.
