while the name made me laugh, I hope these are horror-comedies cuz it would fit more I think. Although I am interested to see what they do, but there first one does sound like Wrong turn.

I think Sandler is great, and not just in his acting, so it will be interesting to see what it is that he wants to give us.

I can only hope "Rob Schneider is...." doesn't get slapped on the top of one of the films. Otherwise, I'm always curious to see studios take an, ahem stab at the genre, as it were.

Happy Madison's comedies are all pretty formulaic when you think about it, so I don't think Scary Madison's movies will really be anything new - but I agree w/ the majority, this'll probably be worth while.
