Have you tried it yourself yet?
Also, are all DVDs just burned?

Aw how cute, reminds me of when I discovered my first bootleg web site too. :D Trash Palace has been around for awhile, even before DVD-R became a house hold word.

Ah the good old days. Things were simpler back then, why we were happy with the crappy quality we got. Aslong as we could see the movie good enough to know what was going on, we were happy. Now you damn kids...always demanding your bootlegs be of an "A" quality, no foreign subtitles. You kids have it too easy these days with these torrents and streaming sites. I think you'd appreciate your movies alot more if you had to experience the stress of not knowing if a bootlegger was legit or not, or if the quality was as good as they claim it is. :cussing:

Metapher, yes they are all home burned/created DVD's.

Reminds me of the old days... buying shitty video-tapes from Filmwizards and stuff...

Sorry KM, but there ain't nothing on this site that I can't find on bit-torrent or netflix...

If it's ever been released on a home format either here or abroad, I can find it on bit-torrent.

Living in Sweden when DVDs were new, or when VHS was popular, it wasn't very easy for me to shop bootlegs, cause I was really young so I had to use either shops around, or Swedish popular internet shops. But I do know what you mean, quality means way too much nowadays. I actually don't care that much though, but if I can find a good quality DVD and a bad quality, I will probably pick the better.

Ah I see. I'm only interested in real releases, since I don't have that much money and the things I buy I want for my collections.

Yep. While the rant was serious about the people who bitch about quality, I am so glad torrents have come around. It's made so much easier for us folk who collect the rare and the obscure. Netflix too, that way incase you want to add a crappy movie to your collection but don't want to pay for it. :D

I can respect that.

Yeah the rant about quality came from reading comments from various torrent sites where these people are bitching about the source of the uploads. Like if it came from a VHS source, they bitch about the washed out image or if its a little too dark, etc. Then now with HD DVD's and Blu Ray, they're putting older horror movies on them then you read people bitching that the quality of the movie isn't "true HD" or whatever such nonsense. I just find the whole thing annoying.

I know exactly what you mean. If I download an older movie, I don't care if it's VHS rip. I can still put on VHS tapes and not think about the quality. Or like with my Night of the Demons box - Alot of people has complained about the quality, but I didn't feel a difference between that one and any other old horror DVD.
I think HD is stupidity all together anyway.
And I don't want Blu-ray.

Didn't even realize it was a bootleg site. I happened to come across this place accidentally and just quickly skimmed over the titles, thought it looked cool and posted. Know I now.
