2008 UHM Horror Draft

[Slayer]

Hey guys I know it's been awhile since the last draft but due to popular demand the Horror Draft is back, a little earlier than expected.

Ok so lets get down to the rules:

RULES



The draft will consist of 12 players total

Once the players have been chosen, a random drawing will decide the order in which they will pick their movies. (Numbers 1-12)

There will be a total of 5 movies drafted by each player

Whoever is first on the list will pick a movie in this order Movie (Director) Year. Ex- Halloween (John Carpenter) 1978

The drafting will continue on down the list until we reach the last member on the list (#12). This member will then make 2 choices and the drafting will go on in reverse order (from 12 to 1). Then when it returns to the first members turn they 2 movies and the order will repeat. (1 to 12)

Everyone will have 3 hours to choose a movie. If a player exceeds the 3 hour limit and doesn't pick a movie their turn will be skipped and they will get a strike (*) next to their name. If you miss your turn when it becomes your turn again you are allowed to pick two movies. But if you miss your turn a second time you will get a second strike (**) and when it becomes your turn again you are only allowed to pick ONE movie. Any gaps in your list will have to be filled at the end of the draft. Lastly, just like baseball THREE STRIKES AND YOUR OUT!

If you know your going to exceed your time limit you can go ahead and PM me your choice ahead of time but make sure to list a backup incase your choice has been chosen already.

Once every player has 5 movies each player will then go on to the elimination rounds. Players will be matched up at random by me. Both players will boast their list of movies and the members of the UHM community will vote on whos picks are superior. NOTE- members of the draft can vote in other draft members thread only if the round is not their own. Whoever has the most votes will advance to the next round until their are only 2 players left.


Ok so I think I nailed all the important rules for this but if you have any other questions about the draft feel free to ask me in this thread.

Since Steelba is the current champ he has a spot reserved in the draft. If you want to play just put your name on the list after his. The faster you sign up the faster we can get this started. Good Luck everyone!

We both know there was one sided officiating in that game, just like the Indy/pit game. Everyone with eyes could both were bs.
