I usually don't watch more than 10-minutes of these stupid parody movies before I start skimming through'em, but I actually sat through all of this one. Sure, the movie isn't particularly good, but to be honest, there were a number of pretty funny jokes in it.
Unlike the other parody flicks, a majority of the jokes aren't based on lame pop-culture references (although there are some). The first hour is decent, but the jokes start going a bit downhill in the last 20-minutes, as the script seems to finally lose steam, and some of the scenes either last too long, or just aren't funny as the earlier ones.
Either way, as far as spoof flicks go, this one's decent. If you can check it for free, then I'd say give it a view and your experience will probably be better if watching with friends.

At least this one wasn't directed by those no talent ass clowns that did Date Movie, Epic Movie and Meet the Spartans. :die:

what happend to the days when spoof movies were actually funny? Naked Gun hello??? where did you go??Just too many of them now.
Jim Abrams and David Zucker did it the best (Kentucky Friend Movie, Airplane, Naked Gun, Top Secret) and even they are basically repeating themselves, these days.

I got through watching it today and I thought some of the jokes were funning. The urination gag had me in tears for some reason and a few other parts were funny. For all of you that are saying that it just looks like a shitty Date Movie or Epic Movie this is directed by Craig Mazin who was behind Scary Movie 3 and 4 which weren't bad. Anyways, decent movie at best. If you have an hour and thirty minutes to kill it isn't a bad bet. 6/10.

Finally someone else who decided to give it a chance! It's definitely not as bad as the other spoof movies.

All the other _____ Movie's are just pop culture refrences loosely linked together with new movies with no real plot. The jokes are always predictable and never funny, and each one of them has at least 50 of those "Random object hits random character." gags. It's a damn shame Superhero Movie got titled that way as it seems to be turning a lot of people off from it. They should have just named it Dragonfly or something. Oh well, this is probably going to be the last good spoof movie for awhile as it looks like Disaster Movie is next and that looks like a cinema holocaust of its own. :dsp:

This genre is really the one sub genre thats held over from what Scream started back in the late 90s.
Its too bad its still going strong. I enjoy the Scream films but the regret beyond that is that these movies are still being made simply because they're still somehow bankable. Course its easy to do when you have other things you can spoof in todays day in age that doesnt have to horror like it was in the late 90s/early 00s.

This one was TOO SHORT. But had some decent laughs.
This movie is GOLD compared to those two guys and their films "Date movie", "Epic Movie", and "Meet The Spartans".
