I don't want kids. I see them as inconveniences and money sinks. I don't like to be tied down by a woman and I'd hate to be a bad father by not being there and at the same time wouldn't want to be a father and be stuck with someone I don't want to end up with.

Maybe one day I'll give in but as of now I have no desire. I'm happy enough being an Uncle

I split a place with my brother and his wife and kids (6 yr old niece and a 2 yr old nephew). Considering my impact on their lives, I am as close to the parent role as a person could be without the actual 'mommy' or 'daddy' title.
