i dont really know what brought that about. i was just making a statement and trying to sneak in a little known fact and be funny all at the same time. if my mother had actually gone to an alice cooper show dressed as a giant chicken i may have found that slightly amusing, but she did no such thing at anytime in her life and i have yet to decide if you have committed a personal attack on my mother or if you were trying to make a joke that went horribly wrong

I think sports fans are the biggest nerds around. Not all of them of course, but you know the ones I'm talking about:

the face painters, body painters, guys who memorize teams individual stats, re enact famous touchdowns, or the ones who do 'things' to help the team, like go to every game, or wear the same jersey the entire season, or do other weird shit.

I think they're worse than the average nerd, though the big nerds who learn how to speak elven and memorize Tolkein and dress up for DnD just make us all look bad.

Okay I am a total nerd...
I have a collection of Sailor Moon action figures, and comics.. I read constantly, Sylvia Plath being the author at the mo, even while at work. I knit blankets too... And I collect Mr. Potato Heads.. I have a special Jem and the Holograms mug I have my coffee in every morning, and I get totally pissed off when people get facts about Star Trek wrong... I have the whole movie collection on DVD... And when people mock my love of Classic Horror or Japanese Horror...
BUT
I'm bi, and I work in a strip club and get paid to work with naked girls all night...
So it kinda evens out...

What makes me a nerd? I spend more time than anyone I know around the net. it's like my guide to life.. any problem, question, porn etc google has my answer lol. I probably have been on the net at least 1 minute a day for the last 6 years. I also am a huge video gamer and love building PCs. that's about the extent of my nerdiness.

I dress up as a nerd for fun sometimes because I know this hot chick who has a thing for 'nerds' but that's about it. yup, I totally don't belong here with you geeks jk
