Night of the Grizzler-A Horror Webcomic by Toby Johansen (Me)

I wanted to do a horror comic that would show my homage to good ol' cheezy '80s films I oh so love and what a great idea this would've made, especially with the horror and gore in it. And YES expect a film to be happening with this...more info on that soon...anyway enjoy the brief plot and enjoy the comic!...and leave comments :)

Teens start to tell a scary story to cheer themselves up after their Halloween slowly starts to end for the night, about a muscular, back-woods, satanic-obesessed hillbilly who murders and cannibalizes people in order to celebrate his love for Halloween...but how true IS the legend?

I've been working on some character sketches for the second volume, and have some good ideas for kills, and some more characters with some kinky features too. I'll post them in the NOTG 2 topic. I'm very pleased to hear you guys love it! And I'm still trying to work on getting some latex for the Grizzler suit and mask...keep an eye out for more on my comic, hopefully I can add some contributing work.

Do you have a hard copy of this comic? I'd like to own this in my collection.

Hard copy...like with the front and back cover feeling a bit thicker than the other pages of comic? I can surely try to make those, I should start making some copies and selling them at some horror conventions, and maybe some on ebay.com

I'm still writing up on Grizzler 2 while I also get ready to make the body suit and mask for the Grizzler adaption I'd love to do this or next year, ahem in the fall of course. If anyone's seen the script I'm going to rewrite its parts and make it a bit more extended, because it needs more for some of the back stories and additions of characters and make Detective Scrimm a bit more included and etc. But I'm still keeping that one scene where Grizzler rips that guy in two!!!

I'll keep you updated, but yeah if you'd like a hand-held copy of the book just do what I told you, do it before I start charging :D
