If you don't know where the "they call her One Tit" refrence is from, then be ashamed of yourself but in the movie a woman loses one of her nipples (you don't see how) hence the stupid joke.

With a name like Sadomania I was expecting something a bit nastier and a meaner streak to it, kind of like She Wolf of the SS but I should have known better since the director is Jess Franco after all. Basically just your run of the mill WIP (women in prison) flick with gobs of nudity, I don't think a single frame passed where you didn't see tits, bush or ass. Nothing special though lots of lesbian sex between the warden, the guards and the prisoners. A few try to escape, one dies a horrible death of being eaten by crappy puppets...err I mean crocodiles. A husband raids the compound to bust his wife out...yadda yadda yadda.
Pretty worthless and typical WIP flick, only good if you're a fan of those movies or just looking for something chocked fully of nudity and softcore sex.
