Let's not get carried away. We're not even a full decade into the millennium yet. Also, I wouldn't exactly call her a "female comedienne". She's an actress who favors comedies. Let's leave the comedian tag for people who actually perform comedy, not just read a script. And not for nothing, but she's done some really fucking terrible movies.
