I read his Prom Night 2 review. I think he is a pretty good writer and will be a good addition to UHM. The more reviews the better.

:dsp: well if he gives shitty ratings he wont be that much of a ascet to UHM, i tend to have the same taste as fright which is what kept me here for so many years....maybe fright should add his rating along with this new reviewer so at least i can go by frights rating

Well it's not like that matters that he gives bad movies good ratings when the webmaster gave both Resident Evil and the Dawn remake 8's. :sure:

Whether your happy with the new reviewers opinion/rating on a movie is irrelevant, he will still serve as an asset considering most horror based web sites have more reviews than UHM does aswell as a wider range of movies reviewed.

Everyone's opinions differ. I agree that there should be a Second Opinion section where Fright can give a few words on the movie and his rating same with Doolan. That would add a bit more diversity.

But yeah as far as the ratings go, different strokes, different folks.

You're all correct. He's a good writer and his opinion generally differs from my own, which should lead to interesting takes on certain films. I'll be posting his take on Cloverfield shortly, which he seems to have enjoyed much more than I did.

I've been wanting to read his Friday the 13th 2 review, so I'll do that now.

Edit: checked his F13th review, I skipped a paragragh because he rambled abit. Good review although he ripped a line straight from Jason X, and I felt part 4 was the best sequel. It was still good though and I left a comment on the page :ahheh:

I've only seen Jason X twice back when it first came out (I own the DVD but just can't bring myself to watch it again). What line was taken from it? Ha, must have been my Jason subconscious pulling it out...and I agree that there was a lot of rambling on, but damn if I don't love me some baghead Jason.

Biggest mysteries of Part 4.

Gotta be two things.

1. Does Jason throw the dog out the window or does he simply jump out after seeing the body?

2. The scene that was supposibly shot but cut where Trish finds her mother in a bathtub?
