A family is terrorfied when a son goes missing, soon later to be found dead
by a canal....they go in search for the killer,
but end up in a tight situation when the killer has put them right in a trap.
The family will fight for what they got in a all
out bloody battle for revenge of their dead sibiling.

*Rated R for (strong violence,blood & gore,disturbing images,some drug use)

-release date sometime in november of 08'

a lot of low budget films that were preety good.....but im going 2 use all the money i can to do this film.......becuz im sending it to a film festival im going to...and it needs to look the best that it can.

Also a friendly tip since you are new to the site, if you want your posts to be taken seriously use the shift key.

Rated R? Dude, you wouldn't be old enough to see your own movie.

You plan to write, cast, film, produce, get a rating, and distribute this movie in four months? Oh yes -- if you rate it R all by yourself then the MPAA will come down on you. Which also brings up financing.

I honestly don't want to discourage you. If you have ideas then write them. If you want to learn effects then learn them. Never stop creating something.

You're just setting some high goals here. Slow down. Learn everything you can. Do everything you can. And if you do take a film from concept to distribution in four months, rub it in our faces.

I don't have a problem with grammar, I have a problem with stupidity.

Anyways, good luck with your film check out that book I suggested in my second post. I own a copy and as an amateur film maker myself I found it very helpful. Personally I think you will fail on every level, but feel free to prove me and other naysayers wrong.
