Helllo I was just curious to see what everyone here does for a livin everyone knows what i do hell it says it all in my headline under my name. If what your doing is not what you dreamed of doing what would you like to do..or are you working toward this goal???? Currently Im working toward a B.A in microbiology but eventually i wanted to get my doctorate in emerging infectious diseases and be a research scientist for the navy.

Of course my dream job would be doing special effect makeup for movies but it is a hard market to get into.

I hope to one day make my own films. I'm in school for that now working towards a Bachelors of the Fine Arts degree in film making.

What I would like to reach for is maybe getting a career in journalism or something to get me started, and finally work on getting some of my books and short stories published.

I gave up what I went to school for a few years back.
Now I buy and sell property and own rental units with my brother and brother in law,work in management part time for a snack food company and a few other Misc. things.




My dream job would be to own a sports franchise.

Unless your at or near the top of your dept. You arent making shit and more often than not as is the case with my job. You arent being payed enough to deal with some of the most dipshit customers you'll ever encounter in retail.

That said, your kinda the same person once you become the customer somewhere else. Nevertheless I work in retail.

Dream job is a screenwriter. Hopefully one day when we have some more contests in this area as we have had recently. I can turn a couple of my projects in and they will give me a call back. Dustin Hoffman was at the last one and he told my friends friend he'd give him a call back.

Pretty much all I write are horror or psychological novels/short stories. Write now, I'm writing a horror novel. Would like to be finished with it not too long from now.

Current job: Staying home and collecting Social Security disability checks, watching niece/nephews some days (doesn't pay, but I sweat like its work), designing websites now and then for kicks.

Dream job: *shrug* Happy where I am really. I get cash, I get plenty of family time, I get to play around on computers, and I make my own hours.
