Must See & Under Rated Spotlight

It'd be cool to post all the Must See & Under Rated Spotlight films in a thread. There's a movie that I'm looking for that was once posted in one of those headings on the main page but I can't remember it for the life of me.

There are various similar threads like that in horror talk, just skim it and you'll find some good suggestions. I may be able to help you figure the title of it if you describe what you saw :hmmm:

The cover looked like it was from the late 70's or 80's. It had the faces of the characters in the movie. One thing that stands out in my mind was an older women's head on the cover with long silver hair. I know this is pretty vague but I guess it's worth a shot. I'll check out the other threads as well...
