It should be a good watch.
Hopefully the show lasts but it wouldnt surprise me if its canned in favor of some more reality flavor of the month tv show.
Couple different promos, some have probably been seen before. They've also begun reairring the first season on fox.

would be kinda cool if Summer Glau had a cameo in Salvation. I watched the first disc of the first season. It was pretty cool. I just wish T3 had never came out cuz we know how it all ends. War starts anyway, the show can't end on a good note.
I too watched the whole first season as well as the commentaries. I get the feeling they decided to go ahead with a TV show because they realized how much of a joke and lifeless film T3 was as well as the mistake they made by getting rid of the Sarah Connor character itself.
As far as having Cameron (Summer Glau) in the movies. I dont know but the way I see it. If this TV show actually lasts and develops a following and brings in some of those hardcore fans of the movies only, then I could see them incorperating Summer Glau into the movies. However not the 4th movie at this point because that movie is going to be about Bale as Connor.
However if both TSCC and T4 are successes. By that I mean TSCC lasting beyond a second season on a network notorious for giving up on promising projects as well as T4 becoming a commercial success whether its due to Bale being on board bringing in the starpower absent without Arnie.
Then I could very well see Summer Glau being in a 5th film. However if they were to try to incorperate that character into the movies. It would raise the question of whether or not they would include Derek for that matter, the brother of Kyle Reese in the TV show.
In the end, I bet alot will have to happen and happen in near perfection in order for the TV show to have any incorperation with the movie(s).
I'd like to see it because you need another kickass type Terminator. No offense to those who hate Summer as the lead Terminator.
Havent been able to find it elsewhere.

I think if I were in John's shoes when the chick terminator showed up, I'd have been like... "Okay, I have two questions for you... First, do you have to follow my every command like that other terminator did... and if so, how anatomically accurate are you?"

Yes that new episode was awsome.

Pretty sweet ep.
The series kicked up a couple notches in the cool meter when Shirley Manson revealed her true self. Anyone know the reason why they even picked her? I didn't even know she acted :shrugs:
Her casting is a big mystery IMO.
She also did the song 'Samson and Delilah' for the beginning of the first episode.
I dont think she can hurt the show though as long as the character doesnt get too silly.

Yeah I enjoyed some of Garbage as well.
More of a story filler episode tonight.
Kept me entertained. The awkwards moments between Cameron and people are a bonus.

Well not to jump the gun but this show is probably in trouble ratings wise.
Dropped from last week. Some of that was probably the Monday Night Football Game as it usually destroys all the competition. Given the reputation of Fox, this show might be done after next week especially if it drops again.
I hope it doesnt, I enjoy the show and what the fuck. Its better than watching more regurgitated reality tv. The smart move would be to move it to FX, a different timeslot or different day.
Hopefully Fox just does the smart thing and gives the show a chance to develop. Its slated for a 13 episode run. Beyond that, all bets are off.

I loved the first episode! Episode 2 not as great but still very entertaining. I'm glued to season 2! :2hguns:

I laughed a little bit with the chase near the end.
Next week looks your good ol fashioned origin episode.

the new poster with the T-1000 is sweet (like the bad Terminator from part 2)
Nice to see some changes with the two week layoff.
No more cheesy opening and the voiceovers returned.

I hope Cromartie doesn't get it. I found that he actually is pretty awkwardly entertaining when he does something.
Look for Ellison or Riley to get it. A lot of peeps hate Riley. However shes just the girl next door type.
Catherine seems to be part of a different faction seperate from Skynet. One that wishes to sorta keep humans around while at the same time ensuring machines become godlike.
Charlie hasn't been around for a few weeks. Really the only weird gripe I have.

Interesting, but weak episode tonight. Pretty much just pointless filler :shrugs:
Since the first episode of season 2 and 'Allison and Palmdale' we really haven't had an episode focus on Cameron.
Im glad this one did even for a filler episode. It did show that's probably something she has been doing for a while and it always brings out good awkward moments.
End of the first half of season 2 after next week.
It's been a topsy turvy season with a lot of filler episodes bunched in with some episodes that have brought on new developments. I'm not one to jump to conclusions and need everything answered in a short time span but hopefully next week brings some closure to some key things like Riley/Jesse, Cromartie/John Henry and Catherine, etc.
First half of season 2 is in the books and I gotta say it was a mixed bag.
A lot of developments but not many answers. The show is being moved to friday's in Feb and with the ratings lagging. The writers really need to change things up.
