How do I stop those annoying pop-ups that occur every 5 minutes when I'm on this message board and no where else?

Not getting any at this time. Though I have gotten some that have managed to sneak through. I'm just using the typical IE pop-up blocker.

I'm using Adblock Plus with Firefox and I'm not getting anything.
Checking the status of it, it looks like it's actually blocking a few items on this page though.

Shouldn't have any popups on the baord, but maybe a couple on the page itself.
