Fatal Frame for PS2

How rare is this game?? I personally love it and I understand it's OOP, but amazon.com has it for sale used for over $45.00 and on eBay is the same shit!!!
Should I be holding on to it? I was thinking about trading it or selling it, any fans of this one out there?

I've seen the first a few times, but I've never played it. Would like to sometime. I have the second and third. Without a doubt the scariest game series I've ever played. The second one scared the crap out of me many times. The third one was scary as hell too. I like how two of the characters are related to the first two games. Second one was definitely my favorite, though.

Well, since I have played and finished this game and trust me I thoroughly enjoyed it, I would be willing to trade it. Let me know if you're interested. The game is flawless but somehow (maybe because I have moved 4 times in the past 4 years) I've lost the booklet, but if you've played the sequels, the controls are the same.

i have all 3 for the ps2 and the directors cut of 2 for the xbox. i would NEVER get rid of any of them. it was hard enough for me to find a replacement of the first one when mine got stepped on. and getting 3 was a pain in the ass too
