is there a way to change the skin?

I'm having a hard time reading the board because of the colors. Are there other "skins" to choose from? I looked but couldn't find them.

There is an option, but I've never needed to change the skin before, so I never used it. You can tell me what colors would be easier for you to check the board and I can create a new skin.
