View Full Version : REVIEW: I KNOW WHO KILLED ME

Prince of Horror

I know you all are saying why would I wast my time with a piece of crap like this, well someone has to write a review on it.

Yes it is just as I stated above a piece of crap. It tell the story of a girl who named aubrey who ends up missing. When she is found she comes back as someone named Dakota, who doesn't know who aubrey is, not only that but the fact that weird things start happening to her body. Could this be her mind playing tricks on her or is someone out to get her!!!!

Well where should I start with saying that his sucked, lets start with the pacing and very weary flashback scenes that don't make any sense at all. I mean there is a seen where Lohan's character is standing at the bus stop and the killer starts moving in different places, but he's human. I mean what was the purpose. Not only that but the fact that it lacked suspense to be a "thriller" and of the fact that it had many executions, but when they started going into all this information (if you seen the movie you know what I am talking about) that ruins the twist. Then this supernatural thing that's supposed to be going on where Lohan's character can see things by just looking onto the wall and stuff doesn't work at all.

Well besides the poor execution and pacing, there is a lot more that I could talk about but won't, there are some good things. We did get to see a little gore and the cinematography is great, which is what saves the film. The acting is okay, but this wasn't Lindsay's picture, but on the other hand it seems like her life, lol.

So I give this movie a 4 because it did hold my interest and some parts that didn't confuse the hell out of me, and it could have been much better with a better script, because the directing is good, just if he had the right material.

Probably could have been better without Lohan in it too. Don't plan on ever watching this.

Seen parts of it and to be honest this would have been a better book than a movie because the execution failed

I actually thought this movie was watchable.

Agreed execution wise though. I dont give a fuck about Lohan but I surprisingly thought she was ok in this film. If anything, she should stay in the thriller/horror field rather than try to take herself seriously with PC/artsy type roles because nobody else does and neither do I. Doesnt help that shes a walking PR nightmare.

4-6 outta 10, somewhere in there IMO.

Later for this.

Saw this on imdb:

"Lindsay Lohan's DUI arrest in late July 2007 prevented her from doing promotion for this movie."

...made me laugh
