My advice,think outside the box.
Go find a rental unit and generate some positive debt and before you know it one property leads to two and so on.

And it's something you can do part time.

get a paper route.... I had one when I was a kid. I only got a check for like 35 bucks, but the tips were where it was at.... around christmas, in one week I made $500 when I was like 12. Shit was sweet.... but that was of course cuz of my neighborhood, I got the rich ppl :D.

Check with your local supermarkets. They're always looking for delivery help...for the elderly or disabled. A friend of mine would do it on the weekends and earn $200 in tips a day plus pay.

Well im the manager of a stanley steemer where I live, and I work 6 days a week.
My second job is surveying gas prices, i drive in a circle for about an hour and right down gas prices

Im just looking for a little something on the side to make that 1g
