Has anyone seen this 1988 film "Edge of the Ax"?

When I was a kid, I always saw this on the shelf at Blockbuster, and always throught it was a cheesy rip off of Halloween. After years of searching i finally found this movie on cinemageddon.

Has anyone seen this movie? I still have yet to watch it.

They have this movie at the mom and pop video store near my house. I was going to buy it but I read online it sucked.

i always saw this movie at major video i rented it months ago its ok for what it is , only seeing once i cant remember much honestly but from what i did see it was decent and id probably buy it

It's decent in my opinion, but really only the 80's slasher purists would get the most out of it.
