Was curious if any in our community has tried out Spore. My sister in into the "build a city" type games, so I have been thinking of picking a copy up for her... maybe a copy for myself.
If you don't have a clue what I am talking about, Spore is a game for PC from the creators of the Sims where you evolve a critter from little buggers in water to space traveling civilizations. Supposedly, you custom craft everything from what the critters look like to what their space ships look like and everything in between.
I have not been able to download their trial creature builder demo on my computers, so I'm at that "cough up the dough for the real deal or go home" point. Since I have been around here for a while, its easier to weight reviews here than its fansites and such. So, thoughts?
