"CASTLE ROCK, Wash. -- A Castle Rock Middle School student is accused of urinating in a teacher's drink container.
Police say it was reported by other students Friday, and the teacher did not drink from the contaminated cup.
The 13-year-old was arrested and held in juvenile detention for investigation of placing a harmful substance in a container designed for human consumption.'

Ok I saw this early on the evening news and even though it's pretty nasty, I swear it was the funniest thing i've seen on my local news in a WHILE. In every interview for it whoever they were interviewing you could tell was trying not to laugh :lol2:
Damn and I thought some of the shit I did in school was horrible.
Not to sound like a stiff, but I don't find anything funny about this at all.
Teachers put up with a lot (I have many friends who are teachers), and the fact that they can't trust some of the students they're trying to help is pretty disturbing.
Unfortunately, I bet this type of garbage happens all over the country. By 13, you definitely know better, too. I hope this kid's parents turn his ass red.

Yeah this sort of stuff happens actually a lot up here. I remember hearing that someone made pot muffins and put the basket full of them in the teachers lounge and after about 3 being eaten the cops were called, its happened a few years back at the local highschool in my town. There was also another time a student vomitted on a teacher and got charged with assault. There are some fucked up kids around here.

You never know though. I've had a few douchebag teachers who I would say deserve to be taken down a notch. I might not piss in their drink, because you know, gross, but I'd have no qualm in doing a few other things.
Some of these teachers get on some weird power trip.

 I have had issues with certain teachers during my Middle school and High school years but i dont think that a teacher should deserve this:shakehead

Don't get me wrong, there are some shitty teachers out there. But having that job has gotta suck. You don't get paid for shit, and no matter how nice and helpful you are there are ALWAYS gonna be those little shits that just wanna pull crap like this. Not worth it.

I agree to some extent but there are teachers though who have an attitude like they are better than there students. sure teachers get payed for what they do but when a teacher has an attitude and thinks there better than everyone else it does kind of bother you i mean i had teachers who were arrogant before i graduated high school and that was 10 yrs ago. Not saying they do that now but i do believe that they have an attitude on them.

The fact that students think they're better than teachers is why the American education system is a fucking joke compared to other countries'. There's no respect anymore, and students get away with murder. I'm not an extreme disciplinarian, but kids are acting worst than ever these days. Shit like this proves it.

The kid will likely get a longer sentence in juvenile prison to send a message to those kids thinking of repeating what he did.

Don't see many kids this age watching the news. Normally kids aren't made examples out of. It's up to the parents/guardians more than anyone to raise a person that knows right from wrong.

I used to have a teacher in High School that was constantly in a bad mood. She always brought her problems to school and vented at us. Her anger and frustration would get so much worse when she had her son (who attended the same school) in the classroom. Now I never did anything extreme like piss in her cup, but I did complain to administration (which was a worthless decision). The only insulting comment I got from my Headmaster was, "Well, she certainly keeps you kids in line."
Sure, keeping kids in a constant tense situation where they're yelled at on a everyday basis is really productive! This is not the army! :shakehead

That kid needs his ass kicked, 13 years old you should know better. Teachers are trying to do something good, sure there are a few bad ones out there but you don't do this. That kids parents need to get a hold of his ass.

Yeah, it was pretty bad. Then there were some days where she was right as rain. All that did was just piss me off. Almost felt like laying her out in lace and tell her to pick a mood and stick with it.
Somebody should have said to that 13 y/o that shit is not worth it. If the teacher was that bad to make him do what he did, he should have been transferred to another class or at least thought about transferring to another school.

 I have to agree if the kid had issues transfer to another class or transfer another school not pull this type of stunt it is not worth it.
