Need Some Help Java/Adobe

Okay, Since I hook up my other motherboard I can't watch like youtube videos or any videos of a matter of fact. Says I need to download adobe flash player which I did but it doesn't work or something, but it also says I should turn on Java Script and I thought I did. But I still can't watch anything. I need some help, anybody have any suggestions?
