Was just thinking about the 90's and some surprisingly good movies that came outta the decade towards the end and Can't Hardly Wait popped in my head. I caught it in theaters growing up and really enjoyed it. It had a cast of a lot of fun and young familiar faces (especially now), and an interesting quirky story. I like to consider it one of the better teen comedies to come out around that time, aside from American Pie.
Anyone else like the flick? :thumbup3:

I liked it, I have the DVD, I got it cuz of one of those pepsi games... Got 3 DVDS out of it and that was one of them. I thought it was pretty funny.

Not bad as far as teen comedies go.
I dont remember much of it but I remember thinking it was alright.
It was definitely a pre cursor to American Pie though which brought the gross out comedy back in vogue.
Hewitt was the 'it' girl around that time. I remember another movie around that time called 'Trojan Wars' or some shit. That movie was lame.

Definatly a cool movie. I forgot about it until i saw "Cant Hardly Wait" in recently posted or whatever, and thought about that movie. I looked up the soundtrack and theres a shit load of good tunes from the 90's. Eve 6, blink 182, white zombie, 311, a bunch of all that good shit. haha
love it
best part is when the cops break up the party and blink-182s dammit starts playing :D

It was a surprisingly good movie. There's supposed to be an anniversary edition of this flick. I didn't post it because I wasn't sure if anybody liked it. I guess I'll go post it.

I really like this movie. Seth Green brought tears to my eyes from laughing so much. Hewitt was a goddess amongst my friends and I when we were teens.

I hate teen movies and I always have, but I have always really loved this movie for some reason. It's just good. And I think that's all there is to say about it.

I'll eventually get the Blu-ray for this, once I stop finding cool prices/deals for horror DVD/Blu-ray's. Hard when you report on and search for them everday. :D

Blu-ray's at $18 on amazon, figured it'd be cheaper since it's an older and not a very high-profile film :dislike:

That movie was horrible!!! Frackin' Eric Matthews always annoyed me.... (Yes, a "Boy Meets World" ref/char.) Can't Hardly Wait though, awesome movie. Can't remember how many times I heard dendraphiliac after that movie

Yeah. this was my decade for movie, growing up I seen a lot of them. Do you guys remember Trojan War and Drive Me Crazy.....not that I liked the second one, but it was apart of the big teen boom that lasted between 1996-2000

I've never even heard of Trojan War, but I vaguely remember Drive me Crazy. Haven't seen either though and from what I'm reading on IMDB it's a good thing :whew:

Trojan war is just like CHW, but with the guy just trying to by a condom or should I say one particular condom, and drive me crazy is you basic cool girl not so cool guy who were once friends getting back together type of thing, such as they did in 10 things I hate about you.
CHW should have been rated R, but they did do a lot with the PG-13 material they had. I really want to see this film, so vintage 90's teen comedy.

10 Things I Hate About You
I caught this a few months ago and realized Jason Segel had a brief part in the flick, he was the kid eating the watermelon. Anyways I always liked this flick, I remember taking some slut in high school to see it.
