stuck on lego batman

I'm so pissed off at this game right now, I could throw my Xbox out the window. I'm on the level where you fight The Riddler. Theres a bank your in front of that has the letters F B. I've done everything. EVERYTHING. I even found a walkthrough thats telling me what to do cuz I'm completely stuck. And guess what? IT DOESNT WORK. It says 2 go up to the second level and go to the platform and you and robin pull both levers. I did that. It says when you do that it'll bring you up to a different part of the level. What happens? Jack shit. The platform doesnt move. And theres no more blocks to bust to make something to build. I'm so pissed off right now I could scream.

it was a glitch. I went back to the last checkpoint and it worked just fine. it was a fucking glitch.
