That's a mashup of a bunch of old public domain cartoons. Dig through some of the Superman shorts at archive.org and see. I can almost name the one that had the robots with numbers on their chests.

The story attached to the cartoon is almost complete b.s. It even has "mashup" in the tag.

(Cripes. You even see Lois Lane fire off a fully automatic firearm. To hell with Palin. Let's get Lois in the White House.)
