Hello everyone i hope that you catch this anime I really enjoyed it!!!
For those of you who havent seen it...its about two brothers ed and alfonse elric who try to revive their fallen mother with alchemy and are unsuccessful and pay a big price. Now the boys are on journey to restore what they have lost and encounter many hardships along the way....the story had me on edge at times...i just got sucked into the story line....dont watch the movie till you watch ther series it takes place 2 yrs after the events in the series. Some are not happy with the ending to the movie but i am because i believe this series is not over.....
whatcha think?

It is one of the best animes I've ever seen especially how well the characters were developed and how they progressed through the series and how the plot was'nt in black and white and how the characters were portrayed in shades of
grey.

Has anybody started watching the new series FMA: Brotherhood?

My friend has. He said he's basically like a remake, with certain situations and characters changed. He said it's still good though :shrugs:

:hmmm:
Probably still check it out anyways, since the first series was solid. I think the English version is suppose to start being released next month.

I've decided to wait until it finishes or nearly finishes before I give it a check

Once again. :hmmm:
That actually might be the best way to go. Though it might be a hell of a wait if this series goes for as long as the original did. Or it might go even longer since it's suppose to cover storylines from the manga that the original skipped over.

I dunno about you, but I watch enough stuff to keep me pretty occupied, so waiting is no big deal. I actually hadn't heard about the new series until it was already 5 eps in and I had planned to watch it, but by the time I was going to it was already over 10 eps in, so I figured F it, and just wait it out. :thumbup3:

Well in terms of non-anime I do have plenty to watch. But as far as anime goes, I have pretty much given up on it. I still check Naruto episodes from time to time, but I haven't bothered to watch any new series or follow up on old ones.
FMA: Brotherhood is the first series in awhile that I've actually wanted to check out.
