The Warriors (remake)

The original is a favorite of mine and I've been keeping an eye on this remake, hoping of course, it never happens...but apparently it is going to happen - in 2010.

It seems as though the only similarities between the original and the remake is the name of the gang (The Warriors) and the character of Cyruss...and that's it. Everything else is different.

Then why call it "The Warriors?"

I know...but it seems as though there have been changes...like the "Matrix" like FX are being omitted.

I don't think this project is even moving forward right now. The studio is probably still working on a script. Can't always trust IMDB when it comes to updates and valid info :shrugs:

The only update in a year has been on IMDb it seems. Like I said before, I'm for it never seeing the light of day.

I wouldn't worry too much about this remake happening until something official is released. They've been talking about it for years, so it's safe to say it probably still won't happen anytime soon :smokin2:
