The premise is that there's this big elaborate haunted house and a killer manages to get in and pretend to be one of the fake, harmless, scary people, but of course he kills people when he finds them alone in the house.

No, there's a chance it may not even exist... The description came from a friend of mine who said he'd seen something like it before.

Ehh it don't really know. You see I was just hoping there was something out there that fit my exact description. But if nothing like this has been made yet maybe it would be a good idea for my original screenplay.

From the description it has on imdb it sound like most of the killing takes place before it's a full fledged haunted house and more so while they frat guys are setting up for it.
