So do you need to beat the regular campaign to play the addons? I know you need to beat it for Broken Steel, but what about the others?

Made a tough decision, but ended up trading in Fallout 3. As much as I absolutely loved the game, I felt like it would be an eventual money pit with all the DLC and whatnot. There's already $40 worth of DLC on XBL, and more to come.

Plus, I got a nice $28 trade in credit for it, which I promptly put towards Modern Warfare 2. :hey:

Nice. Its a great game but not willing to fork the money for all the extras not to mention im not even done yet. I'm at the enclave armys headquaters but made the wise decision of killing a guard so meeting the press should be an adventure if I can find him. Plus Call of Duty always calls me as well as Ledt 4 Dead.

Well I bought all the DLC's except for Operation Anchorage and can confirm that they all work, even if you haven't completed the campaign

Hey is all the DLC for it still exclusive to the 360? I've been out of the loop on Fallout 3 since I sold my RRoD 360.

They're all available for the PC as well, but since both windows and 360 are owned by microsoft I guess it's the same thing :stare:

Damn, because if all the DLC was on PlayStation Store I was going to re-buy the game for the PS3. But damn I might have to hold off until the DLC comes to the PS3, otherwise I'll have to wait even longer until I get a new 360.

Okay so I just looked it up and all the DLC will be released on PSN. But I'm going to hold off on buying Fallout 3 for the PS3 until the Game Of The Year Edition comes out, because it comes with all the DLC on it.

Yeah I think I might go trade in my 360 copy of the game today along with Battlefield 2 for the 360 and my copy of Halo 3 that doesn't have case. That way I might have enough to get a good game for my PS3, I'm thinking maybe The Force Unleashed if I get enough, but I'll browse around first.

After beating the game I was the most evil possible, but I used my last perk to become as good as possible, so I could enlist that Super Mutant as my companion, which is probably one of the best decisions I've made in the game, because the dude doesn't die!!

I've seen him take on two Deathclaws on his own without me having to lay out any shots at all and his lifebar never changed. It's almost like he's glitched or something, because his lifebar doesn't change at all. Plus he can carry a crapload of stuff.

Did Anrchorage, which I didn't like. I only got the gun outta it, since I missed some intel to get the Chinese armor. Since I don't stealth much anyway, it didn't really bother me. I'm really diggin' the Point Lookout DLC so far though. Love how it's so big and there's lot of cool items and land to find and explore. Those swamp folk are tough muthaz.

Anyway, here's the trailer for Mothership Zeta, which comes out in a few days; looks F'n sweet:

F'n game -- I was doin a simple quest then I discover a sewer passage that I've never been to, so I take it and then I end up in a building I've never been to, then I exit the building to an area I've never been to, which leads another building, another metro area, and now I'm in yet another building I've never been to. I've deviated so far from my original quest.

I've got a lot of back-tracking to do. Hopefully I can remember everything, because I'm the type of person that doesn't like to move onto another unexplored area until I've finished exploring the current one, but since I kept finding new unexplored places, I just kept moving forward, so when I'm done I will need to retrace my steps and hit doors and areas that I left unchecked :whew:

there is a cheat wit the computer hacking....you get three tries, so before you use your last try exit the computer screen and once again go back into the computer screen...this gives you three tries again to hack the computer so keep doing this till you hack the computer

Nice! I'll have to try this since I suck ass at hacking. I'm even worse at lockpicking though...

I know. I'm in the enclave army base but killed the mouthy guard so their troops are after me while all I need to do is meet the president.

Shouldn't be too difficult. What I'm wondering is what I should do with all my F'n caps. I have over 30k caps and there's nothing to buy with it. I get a majority of my weps and ammo from dead bodies or stashes, so I can't buy anything. The only thing I can think of is stuff for my house, but since I killed everyone at Tenpenny Tower, there's no one to buy from :shrugs:

I killed them all before nuking the place :stare:

In hindsight I probably should've not killed all the traders I came across earlier in my travels. There aren't anymore roaming traders since I killed them all, and a couple traders in Rivit City are missing because I killed'em at one point. Since I killed and nuked Megaton, the only traders I have left are in The Citidel and one dude in Rivit City.

Although I've downloaded it, I haven't played the Mothership Zeta DLC yet. From what I've read it's a pretty disappointing DLC considering it's the final one.

I'll probably hit up Mothership Zeta before I complete Point Lookout just so I can use some of the new alien weps on those swamp folk. After that I dunno if there's much else for me to do considering I've discovered most of the wasteland already.

It is the last one fool. After that we gotta wait for Fallout Vegas, whenever that comes out.

I started playing Mothership Zeta earlier -- aight so far. Got some new alien weps, which aren't all dat great at the moment. The aliens are actually kind of tough to kill, but then again I'm playing under "very hard" mode. I also forgot to bring extra weapons for when I repair, so soon I'll be forced to use the mediocre alien weps that I have :whew:
