everybody dies pretty much

Hi all, I remembering seeing a film from when I was about 10 or so. It starts with this couple making out in a car, near an old house. Suddenly these 2 ghosts jump onto their car, but it's actually puppets made by their friends. The 2 in the car hightail it out of there, whilst the other 2 go into the house.

Anyway, they get locked into the house, and everybody in the film dies but the 2 in car. One of the guys dies by opening a window on top floor, that slams down on him, and cuts his body in two.
