Never got into the Star Trek movies or series, but this movie does look interesting :hmmm:

I have never been a fan of the series or movies. I will watchthis as everyone else will be. It looks alright to be fair.

Given that Leonard Nimoy narrated the teaser, I have a feeling its more than just a simple prequel.

There's apparently been a lot of nerdrage over parts of the trailer (Kirk driving a car, the Enterprise being built on the planet's surface, etc). As I've no more than a passing interest in TNG, and little interest in any of the others, this does make me want to see it.
