This movie used to scare the hell out of me when I was a little kid but I haven't seen it since it came out in the early 90s. I wanted to know if this movie holds up when you watch it as an adult. It has some decent reviews from netflix but wanna know from real horror fans if this is worth watching.

Meh...it's an alright watch, at least the first one is. Not really one of those that you would rewatch a lot, though.

As far as being scary, nah...it's more hilarious then anything, and a fun movie. and i don't care for anything past the first one, really, but that's just my opinion.

this one is great, not scary but Warwick Davis has some hysterical lines (I'm a sucker for one-liners)

First is good, but not scary. Part 2 and 3 are decent watches. Rest after that are a waste of time.

I just added it to my queue to see if I'm still into this movie.

Anyone see Leprechaun: Back 2 tha Hood? lol...this guy on netflix says he would rather watch two girls one cup over and over again instead of watching this again.

I wish more horror movie icons would make the transition into the hood. How about this for an idea - Hellraiser:Cenobites Can't Jump.

Lep is an underrated horror icon. I dig some of his movies except hood and space which are just putrid

Not a bad flick. Warwick Davis did such a great job with his Leprechaun role.

Please tell me you're kidding on this one??? First three were good camp fests, fourth one should be altogether forgotten, Leprechaun in the hood and Back 2 da hood were awesome, gotta love watching the wee man bust a rhyme, and Ice-T taking him on. Leprechaun 4... well, I couldn't find it anywhere to rent it, and bought it with high hopes for like 12 bucks... I would have rather paid someone 12 bucks to kick me in the balls... Alien death sentence, wtf?!?:negative: However, I really hope Warwick Davis is able to strike a deal with the Child's play production co. for a Lep v.s. Chucky movie. That'll kick some serious arse.

Lep vs Chucky would be a joke, Lep is super powered, while chucky is just a weak ass doll.

Actually, Chucky is powered by Voo Doo, not such a weak ass doll, and the comedy of the two characters would be hillarious, which you can't deny Steelba, and Lep could be made weak, much as he was made in the third. You know Hollywood would find some way of doing it no matter how ridiculous. It has just been a rumor that was floating around for a little while. Follow the link.

I thoroughly enjoy parts 1-3, but the rest are absolutely horrible. The first three aren't scary but they are funny as hell.
