I caught a film an 70/80's horror: guy and a girl chased in a house in the night (but in a bright modern setting house) the demon or some moster that could fly bursts through the bathroom door, then chases them to a car then chases the car. Any ideas

I know its not dario's demons, or night of the demons 2 and 3

I don't have a definite answer, but it kinda sounds like "Demon Wind" from what I remember. Or I could just be wrong completely because all this shit rots in my brain for so long! haha!
